Los Angeles Area Mortuaries
If you submitted an eligible disinterment request, Eden will open the grave of your loved one and remove your loved one from his/ her grave at no charge to you. However, pursuant to the terms of the settlement, you will be responsible for arranging for a licensed funeral director or embalmer to take custody of your loved one’s remains and transport them from Eden to a new cemetery or other place of final disposition. You will need to contact a mortuary to make these arrangements and obtain a permit for the disposition of human remains. Please see below for a list of Los Angeles area mortuaries.
